I removed the other services , hope this helps.
What I don’t understand though is why it has worked great for a couple of months … I have made no changes , oh well .

I only have pingomatic in the list and currently no plugins activated so this is a bit of a mystery to me

I have also received this error message from some of my blog. I think the problem could be from the web hosting temporary down.

I am also receiving these warnings and I have completely removed the http://rpc.pingomatic.com/ from the Update Services box.

Any other ideas?

I am still getting these warnings even though I am only using pingomatic?

Is there a list of suspect plugins which may be causing this - although I have noticed my Hosting Server seems to be running a little slow lately.

Anyone?
